PREGNANCY YOGA WITH ORIANA
During this empowering 5 Week course we use yoga based movement to connect with the breath, bringing awareness to mind & body and strengthening the bond with your baby. Delivered in a safe, warm and peaceful environment, we will explore nourishing relaxation techniques and lots of other yummy self-care practices designed to enhance and nurture your experience of pregnancy and prepare the mind and body for birth.
