28 Day January Challenge

Let's come together as a collective and start 2021 by practicing 28 days worth of healthy habits for mind, body and soul. 

If you feel like you need an extra little push or simply love a good challenge,  join us for this NY 28 day challenge starting Monday 4th January. 

Using the free habit tracker as a way of supporting and recording your progress, commit to the following and observe positive change: 

✨1 x Mindset Daily 
The mental attitude that informs how you respond to situations is key to maintaining wellbeing.
Choose one Mindset action. It may be the same action each day for a week and then each week exploring a different activity and building on your new habits.

✨1 x Movement Daily 
Getting the body moving is such an important part of taking care of ourselves.
It may include a daily walk, 15 mins of yoga a day but must include 3 x live streamed classes a week.

✨1 x Micro Movements Daily 
Simple habits you can implement everyday and at certain times.
Start small, picking just 1 to begin with then slowly adding as you go along. Again, feel free to include existing habits too!

For example, Week One might look like this:

Mindset: Start a gratitude journal - Each morning make a list of things to feel grateful for.
Movement: 3 x live stream classes, 1 x jog and daily walks.
Micro Moments: No phone in the bedroom & go to bed at the same time every night (10pm)
