Hot Yoga Classic

 

Hot Yoga Classic follows 26 postures devised specifically to stretch, strengthen and invigorate your entire body. This series is designed to build major muscle groups, improve fundamental mobility and develop basic breath control.

Each posture is designed to exercise, stretch, strengthen and cleanse a specific part of the body, bringing health to each part and the system as a whole. Practising Hot Yoga Class regularly you will boost your energy levels, increase your mobility and improve your spine health helping you feel happier, healthier and stronger.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga

 

Yin Yoga is a beautifully grounding, introspective practice that works deeply into the body with passive, longer-held poses. Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body – rather than the muscles (which are the physical focus of Yang yoga practices).

As a quiet, contemplative practice Yin yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits. 

Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout using pilates principles. It's designed for all fitness levels and helps tone and strengthen muscles without the pounding of a high impact workout. 

Restorative Yin

All Levels Welcome

Restorative Yin

 

Cultivate stillness, meditation and deep awareness with Restorative Yin. All postures are adapted from supine or seated yoga poses with the addition of blocks, bolsters, and blankets to allow for gentle opening and stretching.

These classes are deeply relaxing, the perfect antidote to a busy life and perfectly complement the more dynamic physical practices at Hot Yoga Health.

This class is for students who have a regular yoga practice and are looking to challenge themselves in a safe and informative way. There is a focus on alignment, flexibility and strength, with an opportunity to explore inversions, arm balances, or backbends during the practice.

 

Ashtanga

Ashtanga yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation

 

In essence Mindfulness meditation is a beautifully simple, time-honoured practice. It’s all about ‘being’ as in ‘human being’, about life unfolding here and now as it is and embraced into awareness.

These weekly 30 minute pop ups are an invitation for you to stop for a moment and drop into wakefulness to experience the wholeness of your ‘being’, moment to moment in a way that’s non-judgemental and non-striving.
