Delivered in a safe, warm and peaceful environment, we will explore nourishing relaxation techniques and lots of other yummy self-care practices designed to enhance and nurture your experience of pregnancy and prepare the mind and body for birth.

INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS
Daily we go about our lives on automatic pilot moving from one task to another and rarely do we stop to become aware of anything that is going on around us. Mindfulness helps us to become present, building our ability to deal with tough times and giving us great benefits for our physical and mental health.
Led by Martin Lewis, founder of The Beautiful Silent Mind Company, this workshop will be a practical exploration of what mindfulness is, offering participants useful tools in which they can start practicing the art of Mindfulness. To find out more about the BSM Company, click here.

Whether you are completely new to yoga or have been practicing for a while and looking to challenge yourself there will be something for you in this workshop. Break down some of the key postures in the original 26&2 Hot Yoga sequence, looking at them in more detail and exploring tips and techniques to help you.
