Foundations of Yoga

This 3 week series offers beginners and refreshers alike the chance to explore the foundations of yoga, learning the basics in a supportive and interactive way. Over the 3 weeks participants will be guided through key physical postures, breathwork and relaxation techniques. Sessions can be attended as stand alone classes or as a series of 3.
Fee: One Class Drop In £ 6.50
