This workshop is aimed at strengthening the key components you will need to be able to do a handstand, whilst providing a space to play and build your confidence in practicing this pose!⠀
Zoe will work on building strength and stability in your upper back and shoulders and she'll focus on hip mobility to help with controlled entry in to your handstand.
Together we will practice drills with the purpose of getting comfortable with the correct alignment and engagement of a handstand. Beginners welcome.
