This practical and insightful 4 week course aims to help women navigate this time of physical and emotional change in a safe and supported way. Offering:

✨ Learning & understanding the physiology of the female body during perimenopause, menopause & post menopause.
✨ Exploring how the mind works and identifying stress & anxiety triggers.
✨ Practical tools and techniques that will better support women during the menopause transition.
✨ The ability to make informed choices in Nutrition, Yoga, Mindfulness, Guided Visualisation & Reflexology to feel better physically & emotionally.

Meet the Team
Claire has over 25 years experience of developing and supporting people & organisations to truly explore their development aspirations. She has worked in corporate, charity, government & community sectors.
Claire is currently a Future of Work PhD Scholar with the University of Sussex and Roffey Park Institute researching the knowledge that menopause brings women and the generative impacts this knowledge can have on the future of organisation development and the nature of work.
Carrie has over 20 years experience of working therapeutically in a range of settings including; Social services, higher education, voluntary and private sector. She has extensive experience in developing focused wellbeing workshops and courses in addition to facilitating evidence-based programmes with the aim of achieving specific learning outcomes.
Carrie holds both a BA(Hons) and Dip. Couns in Person Centred Counselling, Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DSFH HPD) and more recently qualified as a Mindfulness Practitioner.
Dr Gillan has been working with nutrition and nutritional therapy since 2003. She has extensive scientific expertise in identifying the root cause of her patients’ symptoms.
During 12 years of clinical practice, Dr Gillan has developed industry-leading expertise across a broad spectrum of patients' needs including, but not limited to: digestive problems including IBS, IBD, SIBO, gastric reflux and food intolerance; weight management, including extensive work with diabetes hormonal disorders for both female and male patients.
Suzie is the proud owner of Hot Yoga Health & Wellbeing Centre founded in 2017 as part of her vision to share her passion for yoga with others.
Suzie is qualified in Hatha Yoga through Bristol School of Yoga and Bernie Clark's Yin Yoga. Suzie brings her knowledge and expertise as a multidisciplinary practitioner to enhance her role as a yoga teacher and business owner. Having worked within both formal education and a community setting and as a performing artist (songwriter, actor and vocalist)
Suzie has a unique understanding of how to make yoga accessible to all - across the age spectrum. Suzie delivers public classes (Beginners Hot Yoga and Yin Restorative) and specialises in developing and delivering corporate yoga and wellbeing packages.
Ann Marie Doverman
Ann Marie's passion is to support health and wellbeing through reflexology. The treatment she provides can be used to target specific conditions or stimulate the body’s own systems to improve health.
Ann Marie can look at your lifestyle patterns in addition to any physical symptoms in order to support a long term approach in restoring balance. Qualified as a clinical reflexologist attaining the UKs highest standard, Centralia Reflexology Mastership (Level 5). This enables Ann Marie to adapt to individual needs using the latest techniques.
