New to Hot Yoga? Unsure of what’s involved?
Come along to our HOT 26 Starter session every Saturday at 11am. This class will replace our free taster and is perfect for those who are new to Hot Yoga and maybe a little nervous about trying it for the first time. Our qualified teacher will guide you through the postures in this 50 minute, gentle introduction to our Hot 26 sequence. You will get the chance to experience the heated studio, be given opportunities to ask questions and will be very much encouraged to take it at your own pace. Alternatively, if you are happy to dive right in, you could join us for any of our HOT 26 classes (60 mins and 90 mins).
