Why Hot Yoga?
29 postures and 2 breathing exercises which stretch, strengthen and invigorate your entire body. This series is designed to build major muscle groups, improve fundamental mobility and develop basic breath control.
Perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, this set sequence never changes and systematically twists, bends and compresses your body back to optimal health. Practiced in 40 degrees and 45% humidity, muscles and joints are relaxed allowing for a deeper stretch and a detoxifying sweat.
Why Hot Pilates?
Inferno Hot Pilates is a full body, low impact, high intensity workout using pilates principles. It's designed for all fitness levels and helps tone and strengthen muscles without the pounding of a high impact workout.
Practiced in a heated studio 35 degrees and 40% humidity , making it a very sweaty, challenging, lively full body workout.
Why Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a beautifully grounding, introspective practice that works deeply into the body with passive, longer-held poses. Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body – rather than the muscles (which are the physical focus of Yang yoga practices).
As a quiet, contemplative practice Yin yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits.
What to bring
You will need to bring a yoga mat and a large towel to put on your mat, also an additional towel if showering. You can rent a yoga mat at the studio for £3.
We have a private car park at the front of the studio, just inside the black railing with red tips.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of class so you can get settled in.
Just come with an open mind and a willingness to try!
