Pregnancy Yoga


Oriana’s pregnancy course includes the beneficial powers of yoga, hypnobirthing and aromatherapy all within one beautiful session. This holistically designed course will:

·         guide you through yoga breath work to help still the mind, allow more oxygen into your body and prepare your body for labour leading to a calmer birth

·         strengthen your pelvic floor which will enable you to carry the baby more comfortably during pregnancy and will also help you during the birth itself

·         help reduce the pressure in your lower back so your body will feel less pain during the journey of pregnancy

·         use relaxation, visualisation and mindfulness techniques to be used both whilst pregnant and also during the birth of your baby

·         experience the relaxing benefits of aromatherapy oils for natural relief helping to reduce blood pressure, insomnia and anxiety
