Led by Yoga & Dance Practitioner Sukina Khan and Mindfulness Practitioner Carrie Lewis, this deeply relaxing and restorative workshop will begin with a Slow Flow - a creative style of yoga involving rhythmic slow and continuous movement that has a meditative quality. The classical yogic concept of Prana (lifeforce energy) underpins teaching, with emphasis on energy cultivation and stimulation to bring us into a feeling of balance and a sense of who we are. Finishing with a closing meditation practice, this rejuvenating 90 minute workshop will bring your mind and body into balance leaving you feeling calm, restored and at peace.
