Our signature Hot Yoga 26 class is a series of Hatha Yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room. The sequence provides a natural progression of postures designed to work all muscle groups in the body from head to toe. The heat prepares the body for a deeper stretch and aids detoxification.
The benefits of practising the same movements each class means you are able to track your progess and very quickly you will become aware of how your body is changing.
Moderations for each posture ensure everyone, from beginners to experienced students, feel supported, challenged and safe. The sequence is punctuated throughout with either tadasana (standing series) or savasana (floor series), allowing time for you to come back to the breath and prepare the body for the next posture.
