PREGNANCY YOGA 5 WEEK COURSE - Led by Oriana Shepherd

Enjoy the beneficial powers of yoga, hypno-birthing and aromatherapy all within one beautiful session. This holistically designed course will:

- Guide you through yoga breath work to help still the mind, allow more oxygen into your body and prepare your body for labour leading to a calmer birth

- Strengthen your pelvic floor which will enable you to carry the baby more comfortably during pregnancy and will also help you during the birth itself

- Help reduce the pressure in your lower back so your body will feel less pain during the journey of pregnancy

- Use relaxation, visualisation and mindfulness techniques to be used both whilst pregnant and also during the birth of your baby

- Experience the relaxing benefits of aromatherapy oils for natural relief helping to reduce blood pressure, insomnia and anxiety
