HOT CLASSICS

  • Inspired by Ghosh lineage, follows 29 postures and 2 breathing exercises which stretch, strengthen and invigorate your entire body. This series is designed to build major muscle groups, improve fundamental mobility and develop basic breath control. This set sequence never changes and systematically twists, bends and breathe’s your body back to optimal health.

  • Ready to sweat, stretch, and find your inner zen? Bikram Yoga awaits! This class offers a unique and challenging experience for all levels, combining traditional yoga postures with the intensity of a heated room.

  • Hot Classic Therapeutics is a great complementary practice to all our yoga classes here at Hot Yoga Health, we not only hold some familiar postures from Hot Classic in stillness but we also move through yoga strengthening exercises inspired from the Ghosh lineage.

FLOW

  • Heated 35° degrees / 40 - 50% humidity

  • Dynamic & strengthening practice, improving balance, mobility and flexibility

  • Options for further exploration of postures

  • Vinyasa yoga combines breath with movement to build internal heat through a progressive flow practice. The sequence will change with each class, meaning we get to experience new postures with a different intention each time. Expect a dynamic, strengthening flow whilst promoting mental clarity.

  • Ashtanga is a traditional Yoga practice which utilises 3 key principals. Breath, Bandha and Dristi. Breath and movement are synchronised to create a fluid meditative quality. Traditional chanting and Sanskrit are used in this class.

HIIT PILATES

  • Heated 35° degrees / 40 - 50% humidity

  • Strengthening, high intensity interval training

  • Expect a very sweaty, fun yet challenging full body workout.

  • A full body, low impact, high intensity workout using Pilates principles. It's designed for all fitness levels and helps tone and strengthen muscles without the pounding of a high impact workout.

  • Similar to classic HIIT Pilates but with added weights, more reps and shorter periods of rest. An up level to Classic HIIT Pilates.

RESTORATIVE

  • Non heated

  • Passive stretching, mindfulness & calm

  • Relaxing and meditative in nature

  • An introspective practice that helps ground you, calm your nervous system and stretch out tight muscle tissue through passive, long -held poses. Yin can help to reduce stress and anxiety, promote mindfulness and improve joint mobility & flexibility.

  • Passive stretching stays in one pose for a set time. You relax your body using calming breath techniques. Myofascial massage balls may also be used to help break down fascial adhesions to encourage blood flow for healing, you'll roll away points of tension.
