  • Reflect & Renew Journaling Workshop

    With Colleen

    Saturday 21st December

    17:00 - 18:00

In this workshop we will take the time to reflect on the previous year with guided journal prompts. Through meditation and writing we will explore how we have grown, what we have learned and the changes this year has brought. This allows us to close the year and energetically prepare ourselves for the future. We will then explore what we would like from 2025 and set intentions to help inspire us for the new year. Get comfortable and prepare for an evening of reflection and restoration.

    Bring a journal & pen.

  • Joy In Repetition: 26 &2 Workshop

    With Metta Training School

    January 4th & 5th

What happens when you strip back your understanding of the 26+2 practice and rebuild your relationship with it on a foundation of principles rooted in awareness, simplicity, self-enquiry, honesty and integrity?

This two-day seminar distils the knowledge of our 39yrs of teaching the 26+2 series into a transformational workshop that is relevant for all levels of interest and practice in 26+2, from complete beginners through to the most enthusiastic and committed students and teachers.  In it, we offer a fresh perspective on the practice, unique insights into posture technique and a shift in approach that conveys what is the most important aspect of our time on the mat: Who we are when we are practising yoga.
