Anna fell in love with Hot Yoga in 2012 and was amazed by not only the physical, but the mental and emotional benefits. Anna arrived on our studio’s opening day and became our very first Studio Angel! 10 months later she was on a plane to India and gained her 200 hour yoga teacher certification, never looking back!

Always a sporty person, having grown up playing in the Canadian Rockies, Dana came to Bikram Yoga from the gym in 2010. Finding the hot room to be a perfect blend of hard work and mental engagement, she became a dedicated practitioner.

Cat began her yoga journey in 2013, she was originally introduced to yoga by her mother who had been a practitioner of yoga and was always looking for natural remedies to heal and nourish the body. Cat views yoga as a form of moving meditation, the connection to the breath and flow provides a way to turn inwards and release any hold or illusion of control.

Alice first found yoga when pregnant back in 2013 when practising yoga became so much more than making shapes on the mat (though that’s a really fun part!). Yoga became a way of life where she finds freedom within the body - physically, mentally and spiritually. She's so passionate to help others find the path of yoga, to strip away the often self imposed barriers to living as your true self.

For Jade, practice is about the intention behind each yoga posture, exercise & breath practice so we can engage specific muscles to work effectively in both strength & relaxation. Jade came to yoga in 2010 and after a couple of years found that 26&2 & Ashtanga-Vinyasa is what she connects with the most. Jade’s been teaching since 2018 and her love of 26&2 led her to Ghosh Yoga in 2019 which is now her absolute passion to practice and share.

Julija, a dedicated fitness enthusiast originally from Latvia, embarked on her journey into HIIT Pilates training several years ago.With a passion for movement and a steadfast commitment to fitness, Julija is excited to share the transformative power of HIIT Pilates with others.

Lyndsey’s belief is that yoga is all about the practice, not the pose. She believes in showing up and accepting yourself in the present moment. Her style of teaching is about being gentle and treating yourself with kindness, bringing awareness to parts of the body that usually are ignored. Challenging your body through regular practice, striving for progress rather than perfection as well as cultivating gratitude for your body and mind is of paramount importance.
