Terms & Conditions for Hot Yoga Health Memberships

Please read the Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy for Hot Yoga Health Membership carefully.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • All Hot Yoga Health memberships auto renew each month.

  • There is no minimum time period for subscription (no contractual obligation beyond giving 5 days notice - see Cancellation Policy below) and you can upgrade/downgrade or cancel your membership without incurring any cancellation fees.

  • Downgrading or cancelling a membership requires a MINIMUM OF 5 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE to the email address hello@hotyogahealth.uk.

  • There is the option to suspend your membership - please give us a MINIMUM OF 5 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE via hello@hotyogahealth.uk to should you wish to suspend your membership.

  • All monthly payments are non refundable.

  • We are a small business and your understanding is appreciated ☺️

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • To cancel a Membership (any membership that has a recurring payment) requires WRITTEN NOTICE A MINIMUM OF 5 DAYS before your next monthly payment is due.

  • Simply email your request to hello@hotyogahealth.uk.

  • You MUST email your request at least 5 days before your next payment is due.

  • No refunds will be given if less than 5 days notice is given.

  • We are a small business and your understanding in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated ☺️
