Our state-of-the-art hot yoga facility uses heating and ventilation technology to create an environment where heat and humidity is controlled and optimized to perfection. A flow rate of 20 litres of fresh air per person and second, for an occupancy of 20 people, means the air is always fresh and full of oxygen.
Temp according to class: 40° degrees for Hot Classic, 32-35° for Inferno HIIT Pilates and Warm Ashtanga.
40% - 50% humidity, the perfect humidity to feel hot enough, but sweat evaporates easily for a cooling effect.
Constant fresh air intake, for a safe and healthy exercise environment.
Heat Therapy
By increasing the temperature of the body and improving circulation, heat can relax injured muscles, heal damaged tissues and improve flexibility. Not only can heat calm pain flare-ups, but it is an excellent way to soothe muscle tension, stiffness and even chronic back pain.
