What to Bring
Yoga Mat, yoga towel & water *
Wear light, comfortable shorts/leggings & vest top
Arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of class.
Avoid eating a heavy meal 2 hours before class
Drink plenty of water (at least 1½ Litres a day)
Bring an open mind & willingness to try!

Where to start
For your first class we recommend our Hot Classic 60. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, the Hot Classic offers beginner friendly postures designed to bring optimum health to your body and a sense of calm to your mind. Both energising and relaxing, this transformational sequence will support you in building a stronger, healthier, happier you.
